Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 bowl Boiled rice


  • 2 onion paste


  • 1 tablespoon Ginger and garlic paste


  • 100 gms paneer cut in small cubes


  • 1 teaspoon kasuri meethi


  • 1 teaspoon Jeera


  • 1 teaspoon Everest Biryani Masala


  • 1 teaspoon Red chilli powder


  • 2 tablespoons Oil


  • 1 tablespoon salt

Directions

  • Firstly take kadhai add oil, when oil get hot add jeera, then add onion, ginger and garlic paste. Then fry till oil separated from paste.
  • Then add Biryani masala powder, red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and saute for 2 min.
  • Then add paneer and rice and saute for 5 min.
  • Your Briyani is ready. Served with any types of Raita.
